If you haven’t been before, the CCNZ Construction Zone is a massive area dedicated to the civil construction industry, this year it’s bigger than ever with sections for all types of heavy machinery, power tools, equipment, safety and technology plus lots of interactive attractions for you and the family.

A highlight for us is watching the Auckland Regional Excavator Competition, pro machine operators pitching their skills against each other for bragging rights and cash prizes. The competitors come from some of the finest Civil Contracting companies in the Auckland region and they are always fun to watch.

• Hone your pilot skills in the Westpac Rescue helicopter simulator.

• Be amazed at the extreme sports displays, stunt riders and BMX freestyle from some of NZ’s best riders.

Our team are particularly looking forward to the new Jack Daniels BBQ Alley which promises to take competitive BBQing to new heights as 30 New Zealand and Australian teams battle it out for over $10,000 in prizes and money.
