Good news! We’ve begun the process of gaining accredited Land Information New Zealand [LINZ] third order status for the SmartFix reference stations.

LINZ orders are classifications based on the quality of the coordinate in relation to the datum (tier) and in relation to other surrounding marks (class) and are part of the digital cadastral dataset.

We’re working through locations individually, which will take a bit of time. Currently GSAL Albany is approved with Hamilton and Rotorua next on the list. If you have a need for a particular location, let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.
